Dr. Taylor has been involved in higher education for over 40 years. He’s witnessed firsthand the evolution that has taken place in the Academy– from the Affirmative Action Model, rooted in the Civil Rights era that was intended to end overt discrimination, to the Inclusive Excellence Model with its promise of making diversity and inclusion a key institutional core value.
He helps campuses understand why they should embrace diversity by showing them how it benefits everyone.
